Mindfulness for Everyone and Everyday Course


Mindfulness is a way of living fully in each moment, based on ancient  Eastern teachings and Western psychology. It is applied widely within health settings, the workplace, education, etc. This course is suitable for anyone who encounters the challenges of everyday life and wishes to develop greater well-being and appreciation of life, as well as for people with health issues or a history of anxiety or depression. During the course we will learn simple meditations and exercises to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. As we cultivate this attitude of mindfulness, we tend to find a growing sense of peace and ease in the way we live our life.
